Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you have downloaded or accessed the content. We do not offer refunds for digital products after delivery.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to your purchased content, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us at support@ctrlreboot.com within 48 hours of your purchase with your order details and reason for the refund request.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
